Product Introduction
The GHL series wet mixing granulation machine can complete dry material mixing, adhesive addition, granulation and other processes in one go, with high production efficiency. The mixing granulation can generally be completed within 7-10 minutes. Good granulation effect, uniform particle size, and good flowability after drying. The mixing time is short, and the material generates less heat due to friction, so it is also suitable for heat sensitive materials. Due to the entire granulation process being carried out in a sealed container, the material dust has minimal air pollution and no cross contamination in the clean workshop. The entire machine is made of stainless steel material that does not react chemically with the material, and the container, stirring blade, blade, and discharge port have no dead corners, meeting GMP certification standards.
Compared with traditional granulation processes, the advantages of the hybrid granulator are as follows:
(1) The amount of adhesive required for granulation is small, resulting in a short drying time.
(2) It can be pelletized according to the existing formula without changing any process.
(3) The granulation time for each batch is only 7-10 minutes.
(4) The grain boundaries of the particles are clear, approximately spherical, uniform, with small particle sizes and low density, resulting in good flowability during compression, easy filling of the mold cavity, low pressure, stable weight, and reduced labor intensity.
(5) The particles are small and not damaged during stamping, making them easy to dissolve and diffuse.
(6) The surface of the film is smooth and fine.
(7) The particles produced are looser than those obtained by extrusion, but denser than those obtained by boiling granulation.

Working principle
The GHL series wet mixing granulator is mainly suitable for mixing and granulating powdered materials. Its working principle is to forcibly stir and mix the drug raw materials in a sealed container, then add adhesive and stir and mix, and mix in a wet state to form a strip. The strip material is cut into particles by a high-speed rotating chopper, thus completing the mixing and granulating process.
Structural characteristics
Compared with similar vertical products currently used in the pharmaceutical industry, GHL high-speed mixing granulator has the following advantages:
1. During the working process, the mixing paddle and cutter transmission components are sealed with inflation to avoid material contamination caused by bearing lubrication, and effectively prevent material from filling the bearings and causing operational failures.
2. The mixing and crushing time is controlled by both automatic and manual methods, allowing for both fully automatic operation and manual control.
3. There are two speeds to choose from for mixing and crushing.
4. The opening and closing of containers and discharge ports do not require hydraulic control, avoiding the complex locking work caused by the hydraulic circuit and simplifying the structure.
